  • What if you don't have my device ?

    We design Skini for new devices regularly. If we do not have your device, please contact us and we'll let you know if we are planning on making a product for it in the near future.

  • Can we customize our device as per our choice ?

    Yes you can customize your device according to your style. We have plethora of options in colors and textures to choose from so you can create your own unique style for your device.

  • How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order ?

    Once the order has been placed and is showing as processing, you have 30 minutes to make any changes. Please contact Customer Care for further assistance in changing or canceling your order.

  • How do I track my order ?

    Log in to your account and go into the account section. Find your recent order and click “view order”. Click the “Shipments” tab. You will find the tracking information in this section. The tracking number assigned to International orders shipped with UPS Mail Innovations is for identification purposes only and will not provide any tracking information.

  • My order never arrived ?

    Orders shipped with UPS Mail Innovations (domestic) can take up to 10 business days for delivery. Please check the tracking information to see if the package shows delivered. All domestic orders shipped with UPS will have tracking information available. If you have not received the order and it has been more the 10 business days please contact Customer Care. International orders shipped with UPS Mail Innovations can take up to 30 business days for delivery, but usually deliver within about 15 to 20 business days. If it has been more than 30 days and you have not received your package please contact Customer Care.

  • I received the wrong product ?

    If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact Customer Care within 72 hours of receiving the product.

  • What is your Return Policy ?

    Please visit our "Terms of Use" page to view our return policy.

  • Can I exchange my protectors ?

    We are unable to do exchanges due to inventory purposes. If you have ordered the incorrect protectors or would like to try a different protector, please contact Customer Care so we can issue you an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to return the protectors. We will issue a refund when we receive the protectors back. You can order the correct protectors at anytime you would like. Can I get a refund if I purchased through a reseller? No. If your order was purchased through a reseller you will need to go through them for a refund.

  • When will my credit card be charged ?

    Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped.

  • I need a copy of my receipt/invoice ?

    Click the 'Log In' link on the top of the page. Once you are signed into your account you should be directed to the Dashboard for your account. Click on the order you would like to print the invoice for and view the order. Once you are in the order click on the ‘Print Order’ at the top of the page.

  • When will my credit appear on my credit card ?

    Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

  • What payment methods does Robobull accept ?

    We accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card is not charged until we process and ship out your order. Paypal, checks, and money orders are also welcome. All checks must clear before your order is processed. Robobull does not currently accept international credit cards or money orders.

  • Will Skini hurt my device ?

    Right the opposite! Skini is made in such a way that it can protect your device from just about anything. The adhesive we use is semi-permanent, meaning that it is difficult to remove by accident, but easy to remove if you wish to. So your gear is safe!

  • How do I get rid of bubbles ?

    If you are having trouble getting bubbles out of your protector, try this out: wait a day. Most bubbles will work themselves out in 24 to 48 hours. Larger devices, such as the tablets and MacBook can take longer to cure the bubbles so as to resolve themselves. We recommend allowing about 5 days for curing in case of larger devices.

  • What if I run out of application solution or application gel ?

    If you received a clear, spray tube or application solution, this is primarily a water-based solution so we suggest just filling it with water. There will be enough soap residues in the bottle for it to work effectively. If you run out during the installation, you can still refill the bottle up to 2 more times. If your protectors came with a packet of application gel there should be enough to install a few protectors.

  • What is Toughn made of ?

    Toughn is made of real tempered glass with 9H grade surface hardness due to which the glass gets the hardness that is more than that of steel.

  • Will Toughn change the look and feel of my device ?

    Only slightly –made of high quality tempered glass, it delivers maximum scratch protection while preserving crystal clear image resolution. The end result is almost 100% transparent, crystal clear view of your screen without the bother of bubbles popping up.

  • Will Toughn protect my device from a high impact ?

    Toughn tempered glass is made with shock resistant and anti-shatter technology. The tempered glass is designed to absorb shock, so if you accidently drop the gadget or hit it against a hard surface, it protects your original screen. While the anti-shatter feature makes sure that if broken, the tempered glass breaks into small pieces that are not sharp, making it safer for users.

  • Does Toughn provide scratch protection ?

    Yes, Toughn screen protector provides extensive resistance to scratches from even sharp objects like keys and coins etc.

  • Does Toughn Hide Fingerprints ?

    Yes! Phones show grease, smudges and fingerprints easily. Toughn is resistant to them, and will help keep your phone appear brand new all the time. Stop constantly wiping your phone on your shirt to clean it, and start preventing fingerprints with Toughn!

  • How can I clean Toughn films after they are installed ?

    Toughn tempered glass is treated with Oleophobic coating, which makes the surface smudge resistant and easy to clean. A quick wipe restores your screen to sparkling clarity, you get a comfortable, smooth-to-the-touch interface for your touch screen mobile device.

  • How do the protectors adhere ?

    The material is designed to last as long as you want protection. Toughn tempered glass uses an adhesive that holds the protector in place, but can be removed when needed. Toughn screen protector will not come off unless the user pulls them off.

  • How easy is it to remove Toughn ?

    Toughn is designed to remain on your device as long as you need them. They can be peeled off when needed and do not leave behind a sticky residue. Lift the corner of the protector and continue to peel it back until the protector is removed from the device.

  • Does Toughn leave a sticky residue ?

    In most cases there is not residue left behind when the protector is removed. Your device will look as good as it did when it was installed. If there does happen to be any residue, the adhesive is water-soluble and should wipe clean with a damp cloth.

  • Does Toughn protector move in any way on the screen ?

    No – The protectors adhere directly to the screen and cannot be moved.

  • What should we do if Toughn protector breaks ?

    In case you receive a broken protector, please contact our customer care (toll free) or if by any chance the protector gets broken by you, we have low cost replacements available for the lifetime of your device.

  • How do I install Toughn ?

    Included in each package are step by step instructions on how to install the protector. Also available on this website are How-To video's designed to assist you in installation.

  • Is it difficult to install Toughn ?

    Toughn screen protectors are extremely easy and hassle free to install. Like any other film protector, Toughn may require steady hands and a little bit of patience to get it perfectly installed. Each package contains step-by-step instructions, cleaning wipes, vacuum holder and guide stickers which will help you perfectly install your protector in no time.

  • How long do I have if I want to remove Toughn and reinstall it ? *

    Within 3-5 minutes after installation. Please remember that Toughn’s adhesive side becomes tackier as it dries. Since it's possible that you might not get it right the first time (improper alignment, huge air-bubble, lint or dust caught underneath, etc.), remove the film within the given timeframe, preferably with wet fingers, and reapply as usual.

  • What is Flaunnt made of ?

  • Does Flaunnt make my device waterproof ?

    No, unfortunately, it does not cover 100% of your device so water can seep inside it and damage your device.

  • Does Flaunnt make my device scratchproof ?

    Flaunnt films are custom designed to fit the front, back and even the edges of your device perfectly. You can use your gadgets as freely as you want without worrying about those ugly scratches or marks on them. Also Flaunnt skins add grip.

  • Does Flaunnt make my device shatterproof ?

    Unfortunately it does not. Flaunnt films are custom designed to fit the front, back and even the edges of your device wherein it protects your device from scratches it will not absorb shock therefore the device will shatter.

  • How can I clean Flaunnt skins after they are installed ?

    Flaunnt skins are easy to wipe off. Use any glass cleaner liquid with a microfiber cloth and wipe the film clean.

  • Is Flaunnt removable after being installed ?

    Flaunnt is designed to remain on your device as long as you need it. It can be peeled off when needed. Lift the corner of the protector and continue to peel it back until the protector is removed from the device.

  • How do I order a replacement ?

    For replacement online, Go to support tab and click on replacement. In Replacement tab enter your warranty card number and then click on submit. Your replacement products shown in the window, you have to pay the respective amount. Now your replacement is ordered successful.

  • Can I get a replacement protector if I mess up the first one ?

    All products come with one protector. If you mess up, you can order a product replacement for less than half the cost.

  • What is Low-Cost Lifetime Replacement ?

    All Robobull products are designed to be durable, but with wear and tear, may need to be replaced. Low cost, lifetime replacements are available for the lifetime of your device. To order a replacement product, click on "Replacement" tab.

  • Do your cases have any warranties ?

    All cases have a 90-day product warranty for any manufacture defects. Your product must be registered within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for the warranty. Any defective cases will be replaced via an online voucher for the original purchase price to replace the product once it has been received back and deemed as a manufacture defect by the Robobull Customer Care Team. (*shipping charges not included in online voucher system) Customers wanting to replace defective products after 90 days from purchase date will be issued an online voucher for 50% off the original purchase price to replace the product. The product must be received back before the voucher will be issued. (*shipping charges not included in online voucher system) Warranty claims need to be returned back to us within 2 weeks of contacting Robobull about the issue. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number or delivery confirmation when returning products for warranty. Robobull will not be held liable for items lost in transit.   • How do I qualify for a replacement? / How does the low cost lifetime warranty works ?

    Our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee applies to any properly installed protector film that have become scratched, torn, or damaged while protecting your device. ** The replacement guarantee does not cover installation errors including air bubbles, dust or dirt caught underneath the Robobull protector, and improper alignment of the film on your device. Please follow the installation instructions carefully when applying the protector on your device

  • What is the cost of warranty for lifetime replacement ?

    All replacements are subject to charges. Skini, Tough and Flaunnt : For your device replacement charge is mention on back side of your warranty card will be charged. For more information, visit our website or call us on our toll free customer care number 1800 103 9898.

  • What are the ways of replacement ?

    You can either get a replacement at the Robobull outlets or at our website. For replacements at Robobull exclusive outlets, bring the old protective film either installed or separate along with this warranty card. No replacement will be given without the old protective film. For online replacement, login at robobull.com to order the replacement. For your device’s safety, first we will send you the replacement immediately. Once you receive your new product, you need to send us the old one within 3 weeks. Further warranty will automatically stand cancelled in case we don’t receive the old protective film within the time period.
